Shipping Procedures & Policy:
Shipment of all products should be confirmed by a return email. Most common items are in stock, but backorders will occur on occasion. When an item is back ordered we will notify you immediately that there will be a delay and how long that delay will be. Regular Delivery - 7 to 10 Days. For non-stock items, the lead-time varies between 2 to 4 weeks.
Shipping - Cont. U.S. Orders:
We ship your order Ground, prepaid and added freight charges from our Santa Ana, CA facility unless otherwise requested. We can also ship collect via UPS/ Fedex with your account number. Should your order be large enough to ship by common LTL carrier, we will notify you and prepay and add freight charges unless you provide us with a collect shipper number. Most orders will ship within 3 working days for any items in stock and backorders will be shipped as soon as inventory is available.
Shipping Rates - U.S. Only:
Standard UPS ground or UPS Freight LTL rates based on weight and zone delivery
Product prices do not include crating service fees or other special packaging that may be required. All additional packaging costs are indicated on quotations.
Cleatech maintains an on-site staff of engineers ready to design custom solutions to your specifications. Cleatech will provide formal quotations based on detailed drawings. Custom order terms for orders are 90% on receipt of order and 10% 15 days after shipping, with installation and estimated freight and handling payable prior to shipping. Shipping date estimates begin on receipt of customer approval of drawings and the initial payment. Custom orders are not returnable nor cancelable without approval from Cleatech and require payment of incurred costs

Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, simply contact Cleatech within 10-days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization and credit (less 25% restocking fee or full credit towards another purchase). Shipping, handling and COD charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. Cleatech is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping .Important: You must contact Cleatech, for a return authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise will be refused. This number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new and must include the original packaging materials. Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event items are missing or damaged. Special orders, close-outs and products sold " as is " cannot be returned. Items received by Cleatech, which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging or neglect by the customer, will be returned to the customer

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:
Orders can be charged to your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or with approved credit terms of Net 30 Days (Invoice due date is based on date shipped). If you would like to establish Net 30 day terms, please submit your company credit application. In most cases credit checks will take 1-2 business days. First time orders are encouraged to use their credit card to avoid shipping delays. A Late charge (10% of the invoice amount) is billed on invoices unpaid 15 days after their due dates. Also an interest at 1.5% per month will be accrued on accounts unpaid after 45 days.
Upon receipt of any equipment from Cleatech LLC., customer should immediately unpack and inspect for damage or shortage. The customer should not accept a damaged package unless the carrier makes a "damage or shortage" notation on freight bill or delivery receipt. Service title passes when the shipment is loaded, so customer is responsible for filing and collecting a freight claim. Replacement products must be ordered and to be paid separately.
