Cleatech's 2700 Series Vacuum Glove Box provides a low-pressure environment with the assistance of a vacuum pump. Oxygen is removed from the main chamber and replaced with nitrogen or argon gas to create an inert atmosphere. This atmosphere will allow researchers to conduct experiments without breaking containment or risk of contamination from reactive gases.
Typically constructed out of stainless steel, aluminum, and acrylic Cleatech's vacuum glove box is manufactured from 1″ thick clear acrylic walls to produce a water-tight/air-tight seal, capable of handling 29.8 in. Hg negative pressure.
