Description

1510 series wafer storage desiccators cabinets or wafer box desiccators are multi-chamber cabinets designed to store 150mm, 200mm or 300mm silicon wafers in an electrostatic safe, humidity controlled, and particle free environment.

  • ¼’’ Thick Transparent Static-Dissipative PVC.
  • Interior walls are static dissipative except the removable back plenum panel, which is non-dissipative PVC.
  • The material has a slight grey tint and is chemically resistant to most common corrosive agents. Ideal for applications that use common cleaning agents.
  • Eliminates static charges and keeps the dry box clean since it does not attract particles from the air. Surface resistivity of 106 – 108 ohms per square. Provides for ESD control without the need for ionization.
  • A grounding system for electrostatic discharge.
  • Designed for standard lot boxes and carries used for 300 mm wafer.
  • Can store up to 16 wafer containers that are 17’’ W x 10.5’’ D x 14’’ H or smaller.

  • Stainless steel door frame and door hinge.

  • Gas-in Port & Pressure Relief Valve (¼” OD tubing fitting)
  • One-Channel Automatic Purge Control Unit (PCU) with one humidity sensor which is installed in the lower chamber of multi-chamber desiccator. The chambers are inter-connected using perforated holes in between the chambers.
  • For critical applications and requirements, a multi-channel nitrogen purge controls unit can be used to monitor and control each chamber using separated sensors and controllers per chamber.
  • Flowmeter with an external valve mount. Flowmeter range is from 2-20 SCFH air. (Not required if you order a PCU.)
  • Big Digit Hygro-Thermometer (Humidity range: 10% to 99 % RH/ Temperature range: 14° F to 140° F)
  • Small Digit Hygro-Thermometer (Humidity range: 10% to 99 % RH/ Temperature range: 14° F to 140° F)
  • Epoxy powder coated steel stand with caster (including two locking). Available in 30'' and 35'' height with an optional upgrade to leveling mounts.
  • Perforated stainless-steel, acrylic or static-dissipative PVC shelves. (Wire racks are required for shelf placement.)
