Description

1540 series pass-through desiccator cabinets offer an innovative design for accessing stored materials from both sides of the cabinet. They can be easily installed within a cleanroom/inventory room wall or between two assembly rooms aisles for dual access. Depending on your application and requirements, compartments can either be interconnected using a perforated chamber divider or isolated to maintain a controlled environment.

  • ¼’’ Thick UV Amber Acrylic.
  • Ideal for general purpose processing but can be damaged by alcohol and some cleaning agents.
  • Front and rear access doors allow for pass-through operations.
  • Overall Dimensions: 24” W x 18” D x 32” H
  • Stainless steel door frame and door hinge.
  • Stainless Steel wire rack for shelving. A pair of wire racks is needed for each chamber and are optional if there are no shelves.
  • Lift-and-turn latch.
  • Single-piece Santoprene seal.
  • Door Opening: 22.375” W x 14.1875” H

  • Gas-in Port & Pressure Relief Valve (¼” OD tubing fitting)
  • One-Channel Automatic Purge Control Unit (PCU) with one humidity sensor.
  • Flowmeter with an external valve mount. Flowmeter range is from 2-20 SCFH air. (It is not required if you order a PCU.)
  • Big Digit Hygro-Thermometer (Humidity range: 10% to 99 % RH/ Temperature range: 14° F to 140° F)
  • Small Digit Hygro-Thermometer (Humidity range: 10% to 99 % RH/ Temperature range: 14° F to 140° F)
  • Epoxy powder coated steel stand with caster (including two locking). Available in 30'' and 35'' height with an optional upgrade to leveling mounts.
  • Perforated stainless steel, acrylic or static-dissipative PVC shelves. (Wire racks are required for shelf placement.)
  • Cam lock with an option to have the same or different key for each door. Please note that the price for the cam lock is per door.
  • Stainless steel locking bracket for use with a padlock. Please note that the price for the locking bracket is per door.
  • Stainless steel bottom plate installed on the bottom of each chamber.
  • Chambers can either be interconnected using a perforated chamber divider or isolated to maintain a controlled environment.
